TOSTO is born from a selection of hand-harvested grapes left to dry to concentrate sugars and aromas. The winemaking follows a slow process, while aging is split between steel (60% for 12 months) and wood (40% for 6 months). This dual passage guarantees intensity, smoothness and a complex bouquet, making TOSTO one of the most structured reds in the line.
