The Negroamaro is harvested during full summer ripening, when the Salento sun gives the fruit aromatic intensity and natural freshness. A delicate vinification process produces the characteristic pale pink color and elegant aromas. Steel aging preserves all the fragrance and vibrancy of the wine. FESTO is designed to be immediate, fragrant and perfect to serve at 8–10°C.
